Ingredients: Big Jim Chilli, Cayenne Chilli, Jalapeno Chilli, fresh carrots, onions, garlic, ginger, vinegar, vegetable oil, cane sugar, water, Indian spices and salt.
Review: This curry sauce from Disaster Bay has some fresh ingredients combined with classic Indian flavours to make a mild heat style curry sauce that is suitable for anything. It rather aromatic and I found the flavours were quite lovely. A really nice curry sauce. On my heat scale it’s a 2 out of 10.
Verdict: Disaster Bay Exotic Masala Curry Sauce is a nice Curry sauce that is mild enough to be used across a variety of different applications. It can be used to cook with, as a condiment for your favourite meat or sandwich/wrap. Best suited to chicken or beef and I’m keen to try it as a wet marinade for the barbecue. My final score is a 8 out of 10.
