Review: Sublime Spices has yet to disappoint on the flavour range being made in Western Australia and this sweet chilli sauce is another fine example of the variety of their range. This sweet chilli has a real authentic flavour. As expected with sweet chilli sauces it’s a mild heat that sits in the background. It add just enough heat for you to know that there is chilli there without dominating the sauce, which is just the way you want it. On my heat scale it’s a 2 out of 10.
Verdict: Another fine sauce from Sublime Spices, this sweet chilli sauce hits all the right notes when it comes to the flavours. Dip your spring rolls in it or put it on your chicken wrap with coleslaw and mayo, it will work on almost anything. My final score is a 9 out of 10.
