I have seen Steve’s posts on line now for about 12 months, but up until this week, I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting him, nor sample his products..

This Jam is thick and almost a golden  colour in appearance, Once the Jar was cracked a distinct Sweet tropical bouquet was apparent.…

As always I first I tasted it by itself, so I could get a true idea of the Jam without having any accompaniment to mask the product. I was surprised at the heat level, It  was as hot as I expected,  enough to make you realise it’s not a cheap amateur made product, rather something made by a person with a background in the culinary trade.. Heat wise it was on the Scotch Bonnet level, with those tropical hints from the Mango. It has a pleasant sweetness that instantly took me to the Caribbean region of flavours

I then decided to try it on toast as I was yet to have breakfast , then yeeha the heat level and fruity flavour went Zing with the  accompaniment of the usually Sunday Monday Bloody Mary. What a perfect way to start the weekend.

Now this got my taste buds buzzing and my mind ticking over and my mind going into over drive, So for Lunch , I decided to cook Mango Madness glazed chicken, which was utterly awesome, then to finish up , Ice cream topped with mMango Madness.

Over all this is a very exciting product, that recipe wise the sky is the limit, think outside the square for uses of this Jam…

For heat, I would give this Jam a 7 out of 10. For flavour, this achieves a score of 9 out of 10.

Bloody Outstanding, I can’t wait to taste the “Not for the Kids “ Jam that I also bought.
