Review: This chilli and lime relish has some really timeless flavours that combine well to make a refreshing condiment. The lime really adds some zest which complements the chilli component excellently without detracting from the spice. I found that the freshness of the ingredients were present in the taste. It has a nice level of heat. On my heat scale it’s a 5 out of 10.
Verdict: Orcona chilli and lime relish is a well constructed relish that combines the zesty flavours of lime with a medium level heat chilli. This relish would go best with chicken or pork. In fact when trying it with pork I found it could be used as not only a side but as a cooking sauce as well. My final score is a 9 out of 10.
