Review: This Thai chilli sauce has a really nice combination of fresh ingredients synonymous with Thai cuisine. The flavours of the lime, lemon grass and shrimp paste add some lovely flavours and the sauce overall is quite delicious. The heat is at a decent enough level for the style of sauce with the mustard and chilli being in fine proportion with the rest of the ingredients. On my heat scale it’s a 6 out of 10.
Verdict: The Chilli Factorys Bilbys Bummer Green Thai Chilli Sauce is a well flavoured and well balanced sauce that is quite comfortable being used as a marinade or as a sauce with your favourite meats. Best suited with chicken, pork or seafood in my opinion but don’t let that stop you having it with your favoured proteins. The Chilli Factory delivers yet again, my final score is a 9 out of 10.
