Review: This chilli sauce is a sweet and spicy sauce that packs a decent punch for a sweetened sauce. It’s hotter than your typical sweet chilli sauce and with the combination of flavours probably doesn’t line up as a sweet chilli sauce. It’s a different style with some fresh ingredients, nice flavour combinations and the honey adds a nice touch. The chilli component brings a good level heat, being true to the label. This sauce floats like a butterfly and definitely stings like a bee. It’s a 6 out of 10 on my heat rating
Verdict: A lovely chilli sauce with great heat. Delicious flavour combinations combine to form a really nice hot sauce with a hint of sweetness. Whilst this would work with your barbecued meats, wraps and burgers you could also use it in a variety of different applications. My final score is a 8 out of 10.
