Review: This relish has some lovely flavours and spices. It’s got some curry in it and the level of heat is quite good. The zucchini in it really works well with the spices. Would probably work best as a condiment for sandwiches, wraps and burgers. It can also work well as an alternative to your favourite barbecue sauces. It’s a 8/10 on the my chilli heat rating.
Verdict: Sublime Spices has made a very nice Zucchini relish with a great combination of ingredients and flavours. Has a curry chilli style flavour which works well. It’s on the spicier side and would work well with a variety of food types and styles. My final score is 8 out of 10.
