Review: This is an interesting and classic flavour combination that has an Asian influence with the combination of chilli, lime juice and coriander. Often combined in many dishes from Thailand and Vietnam, now married together into a hot sauce. This sauce works so well on many levels. Its fresh, aromatic and has a decent spice kick. Whilst the chilli packs a decent punch it doesn’t disrupt the flavours of coriander and lime. On my heat scale it is a 7 out of 10.
Verdict: Ranch Hand Foods Jalapeno Coriander Hot Sauce is a lovely aromatic chilli sauce that is light yet packed full of flavour. A combination of ingredients that fit together like Lego pieces this sauce will work really well on your favourite chicken or pork dishes and can be used as a finishing sauce on your favourite stir fry dish. My final score is a 9 out of 10.
