Review: This chilli beef jerky is quite hot although the heat varies between servings, indicating that the spices have not evenly distributed over the beef, but that’s a minor gripe. The portions are huge so its more of a tear and share experience to be had with friends as opposed to a “mine, mine, mine” portion size. The beef is dried well and the portions are on the tougher side. I rate it a 8/10 on the my heat rating.
Verdict: Kilkivan Meats Awesome Beef Jerky Nitro brings the chilli heat on a generously sized portion of jerky. It’s a good entry to the ever increasing chilli jerky market but the portion sizes are a little too big. My final score is 7.5 out of 10.
