Ingredients: Manuka Smoked Chillies, NZ Organic Cider Vinegar, NZ Whisky, tomato, onion, NZ Extra Virgin olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, NZ sea salt, thyme, marjoram, bay leaves, manuka smoke salt.
Review:. This extra hot chilli sauce is a real ring burner but has some interesting flavours with it. Using manuka to as a smoking agent adds a really nice smoky flavour to the sauce. It’s an 8 out of 10 on my heat rating
Verdict: A nice smoky extra hot chilli sauce that true to the label is sh!thot!!! Best suited to chilli con carne, barbecued meats and burgers if you want a significant extra chick. My final score is 8 out of 10.
