Review: This is an Indonesian style hot chilli sauce that has a bit of heat with some sweetness in the sauce. The heat initially is quite subtle but raises slightly as more of an after taste. When tasting this sauce I tried it on its own and with some barbecue meats. It was nice but a little bit sweet for my palate. On my heat rating it’s a 1.5 out of 5.
Verdict: A nice sauce with a bit of heat and some sweetness. Works well as a condiment for barbecued meats but will suit Asian style foods as well. My final score is 3.5 out of 5.
