Review: Coz-I-Can’s Mild BBQ Sauce was awarded 3rd place in the 2017 edition of the Mr Chilli Awards and it’s a nicely made bbq sauce. Upon initial tasting there is a hint of sweetness and the flavour profile has a very familiar feel to it. Although the jar didn’t come with an ingredients or nutritional information chart based on the flavours i could detect it appeared some classically common ingredients were used form this barbecue sauce. There is a hint of chilli to add some spice and it is consistent throughout the sauce. As far as sauces goes it’s consistency is a little runny which makes for an easy pour from the bottle. On my heat scale it’s a 1 out of 10.
Verdict: Coz-I-Can’s Mild BBQ Sauce is a nicely made sauce that will go well with your favourite barbecues and burgers. It’s a good sauce however in my personal opinion the consistency let it down a little on the overall score. My final score is a 7 out of 10.
