Review: An interesting combination….mustard and wasabi in the one condiment. It’s got a decent level of heat…hotter than your typical Hot English Mustard and a little smoother in consistency. In trying this I found it worked well with my Texas Smoker Beef but would suspect it would work well with roast cuts and a Christmas Leg Ham. It’s a 8 out of 10 on the my heat rating.
Verdict: The Chilli Factory Double Trouble Hot Chilli Wasabi Mustard is a hot mustard that has added wasabi and chilli to ramp up the heat factor. They work well together without overpowering each other. Would work well on roast cuts of meat and has good heat. My final score is 8 out of 10.
