Review: This is a sweet strawberry based chilli jam with very good heat….kind of sneaks up on you which is really nice. Best suited as an addition to a cheese/cracker platter but I can see this working well with some other food applications such as Thai. It is delicious and I was pleasantly surprised by the heat. It’s a 9 out of 10 on the my heat rating.
Verdict: Sublime Spices Strawberry Tsea-nami is a spicy yet delicious strawberry chilli jam that can be used on a variety of food applications. The reapers bring the heat but the balance is still there…it’s not overly sweet. Quite well made and a pleasant surprise. My final score is 9 out of 10.
