Review: A fragrant and tasty satay chilli sauce that has the right balance between sweet and spice. It’s a mild satay chilli sauce but that’s the way a satay should be. The use of peach a nice surprise that works well with the peanuts. it’s more of a Thai style satay sauce. 3 out of 10 on my heat rating
Verdict: I found this sauce to be quite delicious…probably as close to authentic as you are going to get this side of the equator. It can be used as a condiment on burgers, as a side to your favourite barbecued meats or as a finishing sauce with your favourite stir fry. My final score is a HUGE CHILLI 9.5 out of 10.
