Review: There are only two words to describe this dish, ‘Simply Perfect’. Yesterday my mum told me we were having Lamb Skewers for dinner, and that she had bought a new Chilli mix … boy do i get excited when she says those words !
When my mum passed me my skewer that night, my first bite was heavenly ! The flavour of the Silvers Beef Jerky – Chilli Salt and Pepper Mix gave the lamb a taste that i have a never experienced, one that was just amazing. The flavours were just bursting in my mouth, i was loving it. The Lamb was so soft and tender, balanced well with the crunch of the onion and capsicun. It was definitely the perfect dinner for a cold winters night.
The Chilli Salt and Pepper Mix is one of the tastiest flavours i have experienced with lamb, and would also be perfect with steak or anything on the BBQ really ! These Lamb skewers with the Chilli Salt and Pepper Mix is a MUST for all chilli lovers, its is so tasty and hot at the same time ! On my Chilli scale i rate it a 7/10.
Verdict: This Silvers Beef Jerky – Chilli Salt and Pepper Mix on Lamb skewers with Onion and Capsicun was truly a heavenly experience ! The flavours of that Chilli mix were just dancing in my mouth, complimented by the balance between the tender lamb, and the crunch vegetables. I ate so many of these skewers last night, and i am still craving more. I definitely recommend this dish to anyone who adores Chilli, it is an unforgettable experience and will leave you wanting more. My final score on this dish is an 9/10.
