Review: A really good hot sauce with a nice level of heat and good balance of spices and flavours. The pomegranate is only slight and just in the background when tasting. I tried this sauce on its own and feel that it would work best as a bbq condiment or with any grilled meat from the farm(beef, chicken, lamb or pork). It’s a 7/10 on the my heat rating.
Verdict:. A nice entry to the hot sauce market and a perfectly suitable side to grilled meats or barbecue. Nice balance of spices with good heat and a hint of pomegranate. Spicy and delicious my final score is 8/10.
