Review: A truly authentic Malaysian style chilli satay paste that has an excellent combination of ingredients and an exquisite balance of flavours. This is a paste that needs to be cooked in accordance with the instructions before it can be served. It’s a 3 out of 10 on my heat rating
Verdict: As is always the case with these jars from Latasha’s Kitchen the flavours are excellent and true to their origin, a real authentic flavour. Works best with chicken and vegetables in a boil or stir fry but can also be used as a barbecue marinade. My final score is a HUGE CHILLI 9.5 out of 10.
