Review: Dr Paul’s Jalapeno & Coriander relish on initial tasting is a mildly spiced and well balanced relish. The balance leans more to the spice than the sweet but its packed full of good flavour’s and ingredients that simply get along. Its quite mild which is consistent with what the relish is and it’s a very clean aftertaste. A 3rd placing on the recent Mr Chilli Awards jalapeno category is well deserved On my heat scale it’s a 1 out of 10.
Verdict: Dr Paul’s Hot Sauce Jalapeno & Coriander Relish is a well made and well balanced relish. With a classic combination of ingredients and a clean profile this relish is quite delicious. This relish would work well with seafood, pork, chicken or on your favourite sandwiches/burgers. A pleasant surprise and just the medicine from Dr Paul. My final score is an 8 out of 10.
