Review: We’re jamming and here is another lovely example of a good chilli jam. It has good consistency and the flavours work really nicely together. Lovely balance and it has a little bit of heat. A really nice jam. 1 out of 10 on my heat rating
Verdict: A well balanced chilli jam that would work well with sandwich meats as well as pork, fish or chicken. Its sweet enough without being overbearing. My final score is 8 out of 10.
