Review: An interesting take on the chilli jam concept. The ingredients and flavours are nice and there isn’t much heat in there which is typical of most chilli jams. This jam has very little sugar in it so it doesn’t have that sweetness you normally get with chilli jams nor does it have the a jam like consistency, more a sauce like consistency. It’s a 1 out of 10 on the my heat rating.
Verdict: The Chilli Factory Sweet Dreams Medium Chilli Jam is a low level heat that is unlike any chilli jam you may have already tried…so its different but different is good. Would work well on roast cuts of meat, your favourite barbecue or sandwich meats. My final score is 7.5 out of 10.
