INGREDIENTS 500g uncooked prawns 3 shallots 3cm grated ginger lime zest 1 bunch coriander 1/2 red chilli, finely chopped 1tbsp fish sauce 1 egg Chilli Wine Jelly METHOD Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until blended.
