SPICY THAI GARLIC LIME SEAFOOD SAUCE
Ingredients
10 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup Fish sauce
2 Tbls Brown Sugar
7 Thai chillies,
500 gm Prawns Med Kings, peeled and deveined
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together other than the Prawns.
- Warm in a saucepan over medium heat and stir a few mins until the sugar is dissolved .
- Bring 6 cups of water to boil.
- Add Prawns, and cook for 1-2 minutes until red.
- Drain Prawns.
- Dip the Prawns into the sauce.
