SPICY THAI GARLIC LIME SEAFOOD SAUCE

Spicy Thai Garlic Lime Seafood Sauce

 

Ingredients

 

10 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup Fish sauce
2 Tbls Brown Sugar
7 Thai chillies,
500 gm Prawns Med Kings, peeled and deveined

 

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together other than the Prawns.
  2. Warm in a saucepan over medium heat and stir a few mins until the sugar is dissolved .
  3. Bring 6 cups of water to boil.
  4. Add Prawns, and cook for 1-2 minutes until red.
  5. Drain Prawns.
  6. Dip the Prawns into the sauce.
