PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE – Nam Jim Tou Hu Tod

Peanut Dipping Sauce

 

Ingredients

7 Coriander sprigs sliced
1 tsp gnd Chilli paste
2 tbls Peanuts toasted and crushed
1 gm Salt
2 tbls Sugar
2 tbls Vinegar

 

 

Method

  1. In a microwavable bowl, combine Sugar, ground Chilli paste, Salt and Vinegar.
  2. Heat up for a minute or until Sugar is dissolved.
  3. Stir the sauce to blend all the ingredients in.
  4. Add the crushed, toasted Peanuts and top with the Coriander.
