Mojo Sauce

MOJO SAUCE

 

 

Ingredients

4 bulbs Garlic, peeled
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
1 cup sour Orange juice freshly squeezed
1/2 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
120 gm Onion, roughly chopped
2 tsp dried Oregano
1 cup Olive Oil

Method

  1. In the food processor, add Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Orange juice, Lime juice, Onion and Oregano. Process until it is a smooth paste, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Through the feeder tube of the food processor, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is fully emulsified.
  3. Store in the refrigerator until ready for use.
