EXPRESSO STEAK RUB

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup instant Espresso Coffee powder
• ¼ cup Brown sugar packed
• 3 tsp Sea Salt
• 3 tsp Lemon-Pepper seasoning
• 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• ¼ tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
• ¼ tsp Garlic powder

Method

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
