Ingredients
2 tbls Olive oil
25gm unsalted Butter
500 gm king Prawns, cleaned and butterflied
6 Garlic cloves, chopped
3 dry Red Chillies, crushed
1 bunch Eshallots, trimmed , chopped
3 tbls dry White wine
2 Lemons
bread to serve
Method
Heat the Oil and Butter in a large pan, add the Prawns and cook 3-4 mins until they become a nice pink colour. Add Garlic, Chilli and Eshallot and cook for 3 mins, add the White wine and juice of 1 Lemon, continue cooking until the liquid has evaporated. Cut the other lemon into wedges. Serve the Prawns with Garlic bread and lemon wedges.
