250 gm red Cayenne Chillies, chopped
1 tbls Sea salt Flakes
1/2 tbls White Wine vinegar
1 tbls Olive oil
- Place the Chillies and salt in a blender and blend until smooth and even consistency.
- Place the mixture into pan and let it cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins.
- Stir in the Vinegar and Olive oil well and then pour into a jar for storage.
- Place it a refrigerator and serve whenever.
