SOUSKAÏ DE MANGUES VERTES

 

INGREDIENTS

2 Mangos, not too ripe, peeled and cut into 2 cm cubes
1 Scotch Bonnet
1 clove Garlic, chopped
Salt — to taste
2 Limes, juiced

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in the fridge and chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Serve.
