½ cup white Vinegar
½ cup Lemon freshly squeezed
½ cup Olive oil
1 tsp Scorpion powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic chopped
6 Habaneros
10 Bird’s eye chillies, finely chopped
Method
Process all the ingredients in a food processor
Pour into jars, shake well and you’re done.
The sauce improves with time and will be even better and more fiery after standing for an hour or even a day.
