SHASHEMANE THAI RED CHILLI SAUCE
Ingredients
24 Thai red Chillies, chopped
2 tsp Garlic minced
2 tbls brown Sugar
2 ½ tbls Fish sauce
4 tbls Lime juice
Method
- Puree ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
- Serve as a table condiment for Thai and other Asian dishes
