SHASEMANE SPICY MOROCCAN PRAWNS

 

 

INGREDIENTS

500 gms Prawns Cleaned Deveined
1 tsp Garlic crushed
1 tsp Ginger paste
4 tbls Olive oil
2 tsp Paprika
1 tbls gnd Coriander
1 tbls gnd Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne
½ tsp Salt
1 lemon Juiced

 

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients except Oil along with the Prawns. Let rest for at least an hour. The longer you marinate, better the taste.
  2. Thread Prawns onto Bamboo skewers
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place marinated Prawns and let cook.
  4. At first cook them on high heat for a couple of mins or till they curl up.
  5. Flip the skewers and cook for a min.
  6. Lower the heat and cook for about 5 more mins.
  7. Transfer the Prawn Skewers onto an absorbant paper towel.
  8. Serve hot

This goes well with rice. Drizzled with SHASHEMANE BRUTAL BYRON BAJUN Sauce
