SHASEMANE SPICY MOROCCAN PRAWNS
INGREDIENTS
500 gms Prawns Cleaned Deveined
1 tsp Garlic crushed
1 tsp Ginger paste
4 tbls Olive oil
2 tsp Paprika
1 tbls gnd Coriander
1 tbls gnd Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne
½ tsp Salt
1 lemon Juiced
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients except Oil along with the Prawns. Let rest for at least an hour. The longer you marinate, better the taste.
- Thread Prawns onto Bamboo skewers
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place marinated Prawns and let cook.
- At first cook them on high heat for a couple of mins or till they curl up.
- Flip the skewers and cook for a min.
- Lower the heat and cook for about 5 more mins.
- Transfer the Prawn Skewers onto an absorbant paper towel.
- Serve hot
This goes well with rice. Drizzled with SHASHEMANE BRUTAL BYRON BAJUN Sauce
