Ingredients
- ½ cup smoked Paprika
- 1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Sea Salt
- ¼ cup Garlic powder
- 2 tbls Black Pepper
- 2 tbls Chilli powder
- 2 tbls Onion powder
- 2 tbls Chipotle Chilli
- 1 tbls Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbls Cumin
- 1 tbls Dry Yellow Mustard
Method
Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Store in an airtight container.
To use, sprinkle a 5 Kilo Pork roast on all sides with 1/3 cup of rub.
