MATBUCHA

 

 

INGREDIENTS

800 gm crushed Tomatoes
440 gm Tomato Puree
2 Red habaneros
240 gm Garlic Cloves
140 gm Brown Onion
60 ml Rice Bran Oil
2 tsp Cayenne
½ tsp black Pepper
1 tsp Salt

 

METHOD

  1. Put the Tomato Sauce and Crushed Tomatoes Into the Pot.
  2. Pour the Tomato puree and crushed Tomatoes into the pot.
  3. add Cayenne and black pepper , then bring it to a boil, stir it and set on a low flame.
  4. In another pan fry the chopped Habaneros, Onion, Garlic in the Rice bran oil, fry until golden brown.
  5. Pour the Fried Stuff into the Pot. Simmer for 15 mins
