CHERMOULA

 

 

INGREDIENTS

2 red Cayenne’s, deseeded & finely chopped
1 Lemon Juiced
1 Garlic clove, crushed
½ tbsp Cumin seeds, roasted & ground
1 tsp Coriander seeds, roasted & ground
½ tbsp Paprika
¼ gm Saffron,
50ml Olive oil,
1 tbsp fresh Coriander
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper

 

METHOD

Process all the ingredients together in a food processor.
