Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tsp dried Winter Savory
  • 1 tbls Pickling Spice
  • ½ tsp gnd Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg freshly grated
  • ½ tsp Mint leaves, dried and crumbled
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

 

Method

In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Cover the bowl. Stored in an airtight container, the spice rub will keep at room temperature for up to six months.
