350 gm of Pork thigh
200gm Potatoes peeled.
3 green Habaero Chillies.
50 gm Onion.
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
3 Garlic cloves crushed
1cm piece of Ginger chopped
1/2 tbls Rice Bran oil.



Chop Pork into chunks, not to small. Add t 400 ml of water in a sauce pan. Add Pork and a bit of Salt and boil for about 20 min , Pork should be thoroughly cooked still soft to touch. Cut potatoes into 8 pcs each. Cut Chillies long ways into 2 pcs each. Add Chilli, Potato and Onion and 1/2 tsp Rice Bran oil Cook until Potato are 75% cooked. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3-4 mins. Stir…Pepper and Coriander seasoning to taste. Serves 3.
