Ingredients
1 kg. chicken
4 tbls Rice Bran oil
4 Garlic cloves, crushed
160 gm Onions, sliced
2 Tomatoes, chopped
4 green Habanero chillies, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. SHASHEMANE SHERPA BHUTA SPICE BLEND
2 tsp. Salt
Garnish
Coriander
1 cup Peas
Chilli leaves
Method
- Cut Chicken into very small pieces about the size of Peas). Place in a saucepan and add Water and 4 tbls Oil and bring to a boil.
- Add Garlic, Salt, Habanero, Tomatoes, SHASHEMANE SHERPA BHUTA SPICE BLEND and Ginger to taste. Lower heat slightly and boil for another 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
- The dish should have some liquid while hot. Serve plain with other dishes. Garnish with Coriander, peas and Chilli Leaves
