Ingredients

1 kg. chicken
4 tbls Rice Bran oil
4 Garlic cloves, crushed
160 gm Onions, sliced
2 Tomatoes, chopped
4 green Habanero chillies, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. SHASHEMANE SHERPA BHUTA SPICE BLEND
2 tsp. Salt
Garnish
Coriander
1 cup Peas
Chilli leaves

 

Method

  1. Cut Chicken into very small pieces about the size of Peas). Place in a saucepan and add Water and 4 tbls Oil and bring to a boil.
  2. Add Garlic, Salt, Habanero, Tomatoes, SHASHEMANE SHERPA BHUTA SPICE BLEND and Ginger to taste. Lower heat slightly and boil for another 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
  3. The dish should have some liquid while hot. Serve plain with other dishes. Garnish with Coriander, peas and Chilli Leaves
