Ingredients
• 115g (4oz) pack microwave popcorn
• 40g (1oz) butter
• 1 small clove garlic, crushed
• grated rind half a lemon
• pinch dried chilli flakes
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
Method
1.Cook the popcorn according to the pack instructions.
2.Meanwhile melt the butter in a small pan and add the garlic, lemon rind, chilli and pepper.
3.Pour over the popcorn and add the salt.
4.Shake well until the popcorn is evenly mixed.
