CAROLINA REAPER CHICKEN RUB

Ingredients

• 60 gm Paprika
• 2 tbls Sea Salt
• 2 tbls Castor Sugar
• 2 tbls Brown Sugar
• 2 tabls gnd Cumin
• 2 tbls Chilli powder
• 2 dried Carolina Reapers, gnd
• 2 tbls gnd Black Pepper

Method

Mix all the spices properly in a bowl. Make sure that the rub is fine and does not have any lumpy bits in it. Stored in an airtight container, the spice rub will keep at room temperature for up to six months.
