This Chilli BBQ Rub makes a terrific addition to anyone’s spice cabinet. Its great sprinkled over some grilled meat or fresh vegetables.
- 1 tbls Onion Powder
- 1 tbls Garlic powder
- 2 tbls Ancho Chilli powder
- 3 dried Carolina Reapers
- 1 tbls Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried lime zest
- 1 tsp Celery seeds
- 2 tsp Green Peppercorns
- 1 tsp White Peppercorns
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Mix together all ingredients, and use generously on grilled and smoked meats. Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry pantry or cupboard.
