ROUND MOUNTAIN RIB RUB

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ tbls Smoked Paprika
  • 2 ½ tbls light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbls gnd Brown Mustard
  • 1 tbls Garlic powder
  • 1 tbls Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Habanero Chilli dried

 

Method

Combine the Paprika, Mustard, Brown Sugar, Garlic powder, Habanero and Sea Salt in a bowl. Mix until completely smooth, with no remaining lumps. Stored in an airtight container, the spice rub will keep at room temperature for up to six months.
