Ingredients

750 gm Pork
1 Scotch Bonnet
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp SHASHEMANE ADOBO SEASONING
1 Lime
1 Orange

 

Method

  1. Cut the Pork into medium pieces.
  2. Wash thoroughly with the Lime and Orange juice.
  3. Season well with SHASHEMANE ADOBO SEASONING, Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Garlic powder, Scotch Bonnet and let marinate for 4 hours.
  4. In a saucepan, cover Pork with water and boil over medium-high heat until water evaporates.
  5. Stirring occasionally, continue to cook until meat is tender.
  6. Remove the Pork and set aside.
  7. In a pan, heat oil and fry each side to brown evenly.
  8. Serve hot
