PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE – Nam Jim Tou Hu Tod
Ingredients
7 Coriander sprigs sliced
1 tsp gnd Chilli paste
2 tbls Peanuts toasted and crushed
1 gm Salt
2 tbls Sugar
2 tbls Vinegar
Method
- In a microwavable bowl, combine Sugar, ground Chilli paste, Salt and Vinegar.
- Heat up for a minute or until Sugar is dissolved.
- Stir the sauce to blend all the ingredients in.
- Add the crushed, toasted Peanuts and top with the Coriander.
