SPICY RED MOJO SAUCE
Ingredients
1 cup Olive oil
2 red Capsicums, seeds removed, roughly chopped
4 Garlic cloves
1 bunch Coriander
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbls Cumin
1 tcls Paprika
2 red Habaneros
Method
- In the bowl of a food processor, add Capsicum Garlic, Coriander, Salt, Cayenne, Cumin, Paprika and the Habs. Process mixture into a smooth paste, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Through the feeder tube of the food processor, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is fully emulsified.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready for use.
