Ingredients

50 gm. Beef Jerky
10 red Cayenne Chillies
1 tsp SHASHEMANE SHASHEMANE CRUSH SEASONING
2 stalks of Spring onions
1 Tbls Rice Bran Oil
100 gm Feta Cheese
300 ml Water

 

Method

  1. Chop the Jerky into small pieces. Rinse the Chillies and Spring Onions. Break the Chillies into small pieces , cut the Spring Onions into long strips.
  2. Rinse the Jerky well and transfer into a pot. Add 200 ml Water, Oil and SHASHEMANE CRUSH SEASONING to it. Cover and cook for 15 mins on medium heat.
  3. Once the Jerky is cooked, add 100 ml Water, Chillies, Spring Onions and Feta. Cover and cook further for 5 mins.
  4. Lower the heat, Stir gently to blend the Feta well. Serve with Rice.
