Ingredients
50 gm. Beef Jerky
10 red Cayenne Chillies
1 tsp SHASHEMANE SHASHEMANE CRUSH SEASONING
2 stalks of Spring onions
1 Tbls Rice Bran Oil
100 gm Feta Cheese
300 ml Water
Method
- Chop the Jerky into small pieces. Rinse the Chillies and Spring Onions. Break the Chillies into small pieces , cut the Spring Onions into long strips.
- Rinse the Jerky well and transfer into a pot. Add 200 ml Water, Oil and SHASHEMANE CRUSH SEASONING to it. Cover and cook for 15 mins on medium heat.
- Once the Jerky is cooked, add 100 ml Water, Chillies, Spring Onions and Feta. Cover and cook further for 5 mins.
- Lower the heat, Stir gently to blend the Feta well. Serve with Rice.
