Ingredients

  • 200 gm Beef strips, cut thin.
  • 100 gm Chicken Thigh cut as above
  • 2 tbls Lime juice
  • 100 gm Roasted peanuts, finely ground. set aside
  • 400 ml Thick coconut milk

Seasoning :

  • 15 pcs Birds chillies
  • 120 gm Spanish Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Salt to taste

 

Method

  1. Soak the Beef and Chicken with Salt and Lemon juice
  2. Puree all the Seasoning ingredients
  3. Place pieces of Beef and Chicken on Bamboo skewers, steam briefly, coat with some seasoning, then BBQ until cooked.
  4. Saute remaining ingredients, Add Peanuts, pour Coconut milk, stir until fragrant and cooked.
