Ingredients

  • 40 gm Spanish Onion peeled
  • 8 green Bird’s eye chillies
  • 10 red Bird’s eye chillies)
  • 140 ml Kecap manis
  • 15 gm Lime juice
  • 50 gm Tomatos

 

Method

  1. Cut Onion into slices
  2. Cut all the Chillies into rounds
  3. Cut Tomato into quarters and throw away the seeds, then cut the Tomato into small cubes
  4. Get a round container and mix the Chilies with the Onion, Tomato, then add the Kecap manis and mix it all together.
  5. Serve it with a protein of your choice.
