Ingredients
- 2 tbls Sweet Hungarian Paprika
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- ½ tsp freshly gnd Black Pepper
- ½ tsp gnd Ginger
- ½ tsp gnd Cardamom
- ½ tsp. gnd Cumin
- ¼ tsp gnd Cloves
- ¼ tsp gnd Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp gnd Pimento
- ¼ tsp Cayenne
Method
In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Cover the bowl. Stored in an airtight container, the spice rub will keep at room temperature for up to six months.
